Med-Scribe invites applications from seasoned Licensed Clinical Psychologists to spearhead the expansion of a thriving mental health institution in the Rochester area. We seek an individual with a blend of clinical acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to delivering collaborative, evidence-based behavioral health services to patients who require specialized interventions or prefer a private-practice model of care.
As the Director, you will assume a pivotal role encompassing administrative and clinical responsibilities. These include direct patient care, supervision and mentorship of staff, program development, financial oversight, and community engagement. Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, with a partial caseload, allowing for both clinical engagement and protected administrative time.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $101,650 to $253,865 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. While the position primarily requires on-site presence, it also offers flexibility for some remote work.
